Tim and his team have provided excellent customer service from the installation of our Pet Fence through continued parts and accessories. We were concerned the Pet Fence would not work for our large German Shepherd but it has worked to perfection. We live on an acreage and our GSD is able to roam freely with no harm to him. It only took a couple of days to boundary train our two dogs and they only needed that one correction to learn.
