Tim and his team have provided excellent customer service from the installation of our Pet Fence through continued parts and accessories. We were concerned the Pet Fence would not work for our large German Shepherd but it has worked to perfection. We live on an acreage and our GSD is able to roam freely with no harm to him. We followed the training as given and in very little time boundaries were established and we have experienced no issues. If you are looking for a Pet Fence I highly recommend Tim. It only took a couple of days to boundary train our two dogs and they only needed that one correction to learn.  They have also stopped booting towards neighbours walking their dogs past our property.  It’s a miracle!!  I love how they have free run of our acreage and can hang out with us outside without worrying about them taking off.
